Spreading ripples of love in Vienna

In the summer of 2023, something quietly magical happened on the streets of Vienna.

I gathered with a group of dear friends – soulful beings and pleasure activists – for what felt like a little reunion in a cozy café. Some of us hadn’t seen each other in years. We hugged, laughed, ate delicious food and cake, and even the café owner remembered us from a year before. It felt like we had returned to a sacred little portal of connection.

We pulled some oracle cards, shared stories from the heart, and then, with that loving energy swirling around us, we began writing anonymous Global Love Letters – simple, sincere messages of kindness, encouragement, and love. Some letters were pre-written, others came fresh from the moment. All of them carried the imprint of our joy and presence.

Then came the next chapter of our day: dance-walking. We synced up a playlist, slipped on our headphones, and began moving through the city streets with rhythm in our step and love in our hands. We left the letters on benches, in shops, in subway corners, on windscreens – and yes, even one on a police car.

We laughed, we danced, and – believe it or not – we even had Spider-Man with us. One of our friends wore a full Spidey mask as we twirled and grooved through Vienna like a flash mob of love. It was surreal, joyful, and utterly unforgettable.

Because love doesn’t need a name. It just wants to flow.

And that’s what Global Love Letters is all about. A reminder that love is not a transaction – it’s a transmission. The more we give, the more we have to give. It’s the way we live. It’s what we’re living for.

It reminded me of this beautiful song:

Deep inside my heart I’ve got this everlasting light
That’s shining like the sun, it radiates on everyone
The more that I give, the more I have to give
It’s the way that I live, it’s what I’m living for.

To the beloveds who joined me – thank you. And to you reading this: you can start this anywhere. In your neighborhood, with your friends, your kids, your community. One letter. One moment. One spark.

Let’s keep the ripples moving.
Let love go viral.
Let the world remember what it’s made of.
